If for some reason you do not have a constant internet connection, or for any reason you do not have access to a computer on a daily basis, bids can be left with sales management or sale consultant Dalton Lundy.

Online auction with no buyer's premium. All payments are to be made directly to seller. All bidding and payments are in U.S. dollars. All bids are "times number of embryos". Acceptable forms of payment include: Personal Check, Cashiers Check, or Money Order. All guarantees on embryos are only honored if transfer work is done by a certified embryologist. Once a bid has been made it can not be retracted, and by bidding, the bidder is entering into a legal binding contract with financial obligations to the seller. Seller can reject any bid at there own discretion. Any bid made is an automatic agreement to the terms and conditions to this auction. The managers of The Frozen Future sale are only involved in conducting sales, and are not responsible for any financial commitments, or any guarantees that are made by the seller. The Frozen Future Sale follows the terms and conditions of the American Simmental Association.
